  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Adding Ip's To Subscriptions

I am finidn gthat adding IP's to current customer subscriptions isn't possible, how would I best setup the panel to allow me a subscription for 1 or 5 domains and each allow customers via the admin of course being able to change freely from shared ip to a dedicated ip?

i.e. Customer a buys a shared account with 5 domains, wants 2 of those domains to host dedi ip's but the other 3 on shared.

Then later customer 5 changes his mind and wants a dedi ip for a site we already set up with a shared ip or vice versa

Is this possible? When I try it in the CP as an admin I go to subscriptions > mysite.com and change hosting settings and I change from a dedi to a shared ip and I get this error.

Error: The IP address associated with this domain is already used by another domain for SSL support implementation

We host a wildcard ssl for the shared ip on all our servers to allowed for shared SSL. Is this not possible or whats the fix or workaround?
