Adding to httpd.conf

Hello all:

So IE5.1 for Mac pukes on today's apache/ssl combo. Found the info for a workaround

"Error: "Data decryption error"
This error message occurs because there are directives missing from the httpd.conf file. Most web servers can be configured to 'talk' to various browser versions in a different way, the fix for this particular problem is to add the following directives to the httpd.conf file so allowances can be made for Internet Explorer on the Mac:
SSLSessionCache dbm:/var/cache/httpd/ssl_cache
SSLSessionCacheTimeout 300."

Where the heck do i add those directives? I tried to add them to vhost_ssl.conf but a restart of apache says "failed to gracefully restart". Any ideas? Plesk 7.5 and SuSe.
 
I figured this out myself....

An fyi for those with ssl certs/ecommerce that want to support old mac IE.

On my suse box i looked at the bottom of my httpd.conf file which said to make httpd.conf.local and add that directive to the apache setup (directions are clear there). Then i made sure the path to the cache file was correct and restarted httpd...viola!
