additional ftp user

How can I do to add a ftp user in the same domain?
with Plesk Control Panel I cannot find it.
And with the command ./domain you can change the login/pass of the ftp user but you cannot add anybody.

You can create new system user by creating new subdomain or webuser. In both cases you have access to new home directory only.
