Resolved Additional Plesk extensions fails (complete error file enclosed)

Having a continual issue trying to install Plesk extensions. I've tried a server reboot and still having issues. Any ideas on what to do to correct it?

I am on Plesk Onyx 17.8.11 and I always get this error message on screen:

Installing Let's Encrypt extension...

Have you tried this? Plesk Extensions Catalog shows error: error setting certificate verify locations: CApath: none
