• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi,

I'm amazed not being able to find this in the faq's or anywhere
else. How do I reset the locked out flag on admin?

Maybe i'm just a moron, or swsoft is for not mentioning this in the docs :)

Hi,

what do you excactly mean with "locked out flag" ?

Do you want to reset admin's password?

Regards,

Pink

You had 3 incorrect attempts to log into Plesk CP, that's why it was locked.
You can change some login parameters at Server->Session Settings:

Session idle time *
Invalid login interval *
Invalid login attempts *
Invalid login lock time *

if you forget your Plesk admin password, you can use plesksrvclient.exe utility:

C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\bin\plesksrvclient.exe -get

-r
