• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi,

I've just re-installed Plesk after I had to have the OS reloaded on my server and something rather strange has happened - the control panel only shows a clear blank page when I try to get to it now.

The only thing I've done is installed Plesk and, using the Restore feature, restored the users, settings and control panel settings.

Any ideas? Without the control panel it's pretty useless...

Cheers.

Forgot to mention. All Plesk services are running and I have tried to restart them all to get it working.

Reinstalled Plesk and finally got it working, however, AwStats is no longer available as a web stat option. How can this be reinstalled without reinstalling the entire thing again?

First of all can you tell me what Plesk version are you using ?

You can reinstall Awstats if you go Windows Control Panel > Add or remove programs > Plesk for windows > Change > Modify > Statistics

Latest Windows version and I'll try what you suggested above.

Many thanks.
