Admin password changes itself

I have just admin account on fresh machine.
Yesterady I couldn't log in to panel so I logged through SSH and checked the password:

/usr/local/psa/bin/admin --show-password

this is what I got:

I changed the password:

/usr/local/psa/bin//init_conf -u -passwd XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

It was working a while... today I tried to log in and situation was the same.

What's wrong ? Anyone experienced this problem before ?

I assume that problem can be related to incorrect locale on your server.
Also check that your Plesk server is not compromised.

Try to use rkhunter or something else.
