  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

admin skin glitch

This is totally minor, but I'm a designer, so it's bugging me.

I'm using the Longhorn Black skin - When logged in as administrator it skins everything fine except the left menu frame is still a bright blue. The same skin renders fine (black left menu) when logging in as a client.

My apologies if I'm missing some simple setting or this is just standard. I'm new to plesk

thx

I am having the same issue, but with a custom built skin. Logged in as anyone except server admin and it displays the left menu frame correctly. Does anyone know of a fix?

Since my first post, I've noted that this issue remains as initially reported when logging in through:
*:8443/vz/cp/psa/frameset (which I believe to be the "official" login page for my system?)

but if I login from:
*:8443/login_up.php3
Then the skin properly "takes" on the left menu for the admin user. BUT, that does not give me the virtuozzo/vps options in the menu, so I'm thinking that has something to do with it... Perhaps virtuozzo's skin needs to be set somewhere also?

Right now I'm just living with it - don't have the time to burn tinkering with it at this point.

Curious! and true...

a year later still no solution for this, it's quite annoying.
