Administrator script integration whit Plesk?

Hi all!

I have made custom webhosting administrator-script for my company.
Is it possible to integrate into plesk so I could make new accounts automaticly throught my script?

Well, I know that it is possible yes (because all major WHMs doing it) but how it is done?

In addition, You can use Plesk command line utility.
e.g.
%plesk_bin%/client.exe -c ClientLogin -name ClientName -passwd Password
