after HOTFIX installation: eshop show ,00 after prices

we installed hotfix on 4.1, eshpo with EUR currency now show ,00 after price. Customer has given 3,90EUR, eshop shows 3,90,00EUR.

is this a config issue (coulnd't find) or a bug?

we have a SUS contract but not support, how can we get that patch without avoid that screen '$75 per incident'????
