after mysq. 5.0.27 upgrade the plesk phpmyadmin doesnt work

topic. after an upgrade the plesk phpmyadmin no longer connects.


The password supplied in plesk is accurate as I can connect to mysql via command line with it. but command line doesnt help me with user accounts.

Ideas on how to fix this?
