After Plesk 12.0.18 Update 43 I can not login to Panel - mySql 127.0.0.1 not allowed

After installing Plesk 12.0.18 Update 43 on windows when I try to connect to Plesk Panel (https://myurl.com:8443/) I get error:

ERROR: PleskMainDBException: Host '127.0.0.1' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server (db.php:435)

I tried to reset mysql admin password as described in article - with no luck :

I even tried to reset password:
%plesk_bin%\plesksrvclient -set "newpassword" true
Again I get "Faild to connect to database: Host '127.0.01' is not allowed to connect to this mySQL server

All websites that uses mySql works but Plesk Panel is dead?

Please any more help would be great - I can not use Plesk

Looking at Event Viewer I found this error when i tried the upgrade - I believe Plesk developers on this forum will know what is the problem:

Solved one issue and next one appeared after again trying to upgrade "Plesk 12.0.18 Update 42"...

For the first problem I solved by tutorial:

Edit the MySQL configuration file, %plesk_dir%\Databases\MySQL\Data\my.ini, and add the line skip-grant-tables.
Than I run %plesk_bin%\plesksrvclient -set "newpassword" true

So now Plesk admin panel was working...

But - next thing I do is again try to do is update "Plesk 12.0.18 Update 42" and now when I login to Plesk I get even bigger problem:
Warning: For Plesk to work, you need to select the default components from the list below. Make sure that the components you select are properly installed and configured. It is possible to change your selection afterwards.

Web Server *
(not configured)

Button "OK" does nothing... What should I do now - I'm in the dark - Please help?!?!?!?!...
