After restore no users in MYSQL

Hello,

(Plesk version 7.5.6)

I prepare a clean machine for our Windows hosting because our old machine doesn't works fine.
After a restore on the new machine everything works fine but not the MYSQL.
The problem is the mysql (user) database.
The restored database has no user from de backup in this (user)database.

When we copied the user in it everythings works fine.

How we can resolved this restore problem?
