Question After update, Mail/Hosting broken

I just did apt update on two vserver with 18.04.3 (Ubuntu 20.04). Since then websites and mail are no longer accessible. Webmail works. Can anyone confirm this?

Do you mean accessible in Plesk or on the domain?

Can you try using the repair tool under Tools -> Diagnose & Repair -> Repair all

Could you describe the issue in more detail? Specifically are there any errors when you try to visit any domains on these servers? Can you still receive and send email? If not, are there any errors in the mail log?
