Issue After Update Onyx to Obsidian 503 Error

Hi there,

yesterday I upgraded my Plesk from Onyx to Obisidian. After the update I have the problem that I can no longer log in to Plesk. When I try to register via port: 8443 I only get the error message: 503 Service Unavailable.

What can I do here.

If you need log files please let me know which ones?
I have already tried restarting a compiled server and restarting via IIS.
