After Upgrade No Mail Working

After upgrading from Plesk 7.1.5 to 7.1.6 none of the mails sent using webmail
or pop3/smtp mail client configuration are being delivered, the forwarders/alias
isnt working, the whole Mail system DOES NOT work, i just upgraded to Plesk 7.5
hoping the upgrade fix it but it didnt.

OS; rh 9

I placed a ticket with sw-soft about this matter they just sent info how to buy support ,... how come they sell a software that isnt working how is supposed to and now they want to charge us the fix,..

Is qmail running? What does it say in the maillog?

/usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog
