After Upgrade to 10.3 - No SMTP

After Upgrading, it's impossible to send mail.

try to telnet qmail: telnet localhost 25

result: 421 unable to read controls (#4.3.0)

have cheded other topics in the board, but no solution

what a bad update process to 10.3 .............

i have found that the problem is part of a lost file:

/var/qmail/control/smtpplugins

whats wrong?

/var/qmail/control/smtpplugins file is a part of plesk-mail-qc-driver package. Are you sure that you have correctly installed this package?
