The first problem was "We hit a bug with some mailing list of a domain.
I used check_perms - f . Ok.
All it`s rigth with the new mailing list the wellcome mail, the advertisement to the administrator of the mailing list but no works.
But the problem continues the mailinglist no send the mails to the members.
I saw under Linux, var/qmail/mailnames/domains must be all the accounts and mailing list, but the new and old mailing list no appear.
I don`t know what`s going on with the new mailing list.
I changes the pèrmissions of the /usr/mailnames/cron but nothing happened.
