Resolved Allow local MySQL server check is gone after restart MySQL

Dumitru

New Pleskian
If
Allow local MySQL server to accept external connections
is check

and
I restart MySQL form SSH
Service MySQL restart

The check is gone and no one can connect remote to the database

You need to check it again and save every time if you restart MySQL form SSHScreenshot_48.jpg

Could you please take a look at /etc/my.cnf and check whether the bind-address parameter is set to either 0.0.0.0 or :: like in
Code:
[mysqld]
bind-address = ::

If not, please add the line to the [mysqld] section, then restart the database server to have a persistent setting.

The parameter "bind-address" must be set to either 0.0.0.0 or ::
Example how it needs to look:
Code:
[mysqld]
bind-address = ::
Then restart the database server to have it persistently allow external connections.
