Issue Allow only secure FTPS connections

Hello, I have activated this option in Plesk, and in filezilla it works... it connects with ftpes://... etc etc

but now a client with Windows, right click on the computer. Create network drive that previously connected with FTP now does not do so because it does not allow ftpes to connect:

Any suggestion or solution that is not to use FileZilla that already uses it and already knows that it works, but the client used Windows before and there is no way to solve it?
