Allow users to add new mail alias - how?

I would like to allow users to "add new mail alias" but this option only seems available to the site owner, not to individual users. Is there a way to allow this?

I don't believe you can do this as a regular user. If regular users coudl do this, there could potentially a lot fo abuse or toehr issues that develop.

You will need to be a Domain Administrator or better to add aliases to a users account.
