Allowing Personal settings with spam filter (7.5.5)

Allowing Personal settings with spam filter (7.5.5)

When I enable Personal Settings (Server / Spam Filter) the spam filter stops working on all individual accounts. When I un-check Personal Settings then the spam filter starts to work again, but I can't then modify personal settings?

Any advice on how I can get this working?
