Question An 31G backup for an 30M database?

Hello

This morning, an client have break his bdd (only 30M), we have restore with an plesk backup, but it seem to need to use the 30G backup of all to extract the only 30Mb of databases and time to restore is very hight so...
Is there any option to program 3 differents backups for each domain? one of mail, other of web files, and other of databases? or only 1 is possible for each domain?
