Analyzing Log Files (newbie question)

I understand that Plesk creates an "access_logs" file for each domain. My client is using a website analyzer and it asks for the local path to a particular domain's log files. So I point it to:

c:\inetpub\vhosts\bjjtapes.com\statistics\logs\access_logs

But when I start the analysis process, the software reports that the file contains no information.

What do I have wrong here?

Thanks in advance for your feedback.
