Recently I received a complaint from one of my clients that throughout a specific date they were unable to send emails although receiving was not an issue. I want to find the cause if one exists and it was not a problem on the client's side. So I am reviewing Plesk logs (/var/log/maillog) but I am not proficient enough to understand what I am seeing. How can I go about in order to find the cause?
