• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue annoying Mail from Plesk KAV

onki

Regular Pleskian
Hi,

I have upgraded my server from Onyx to Obsidiuan two days ago.
Since then I do get mails from Plesk KAV several times a day.
When they come in I always get 4 mails at once with more or less the same content:

Dear User,

A message with the following attributes was not delivered because it is suspected to contain infected object

Sender = "ma mailaddress" (may be forged)

Recipients = "my mailaddress"

Subject = Dringende Informationen (versichertes Ereignis).

Message-ID = <[email protected]>

Antivirus filter report:

--- Antivirus report ---

The following malicious program is suspected:

HEUR:Hoax.Script.Scaremail.gen

--- Antivirus report ---

Any idea how do I get rid of this mails. Other mail users do get these mails as well.

Best regards
Onki
