Resolved Apache changes

If i make a change in this windows:



Where I can find the change that I made (after obv clicking on Apply) on the server CLI (through SSH)?
I've tried in httpd.conf but they don't coincide.
I should see in php-fmi-conf??

These additional directives will be placed in /var/www/vhosts/system/domain.tld/conf/vhost_ssl.conf file.
