Apache not accepting connections

Hi all,

i did a yum update (using fedora core 1 repositories and the atomicrocketturtle repositories (PSA rpms) and unfortunately my httpd is now broken.

The service starts fine but it no longer accepts connections, any ideas how I can fix this?

I'm using plesk 7.5 and fedora core 1

edit: yums log says:
