• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi,

My apache server is encountering a problem which is causing the plesk control panel to be unavailable

Log Description:
Faulting application Apache.exe, version 2.0.52.0, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 5.2.3790.0, fault address 0x0001d61b.

Can anyone help??

Thanks

I just started using Plesk for the first time this week (was a Linux/Cpanel guy for years) and after only two days I started getting this same error. The hosting techs won't help (try the forums they say) and SWSoft wants $75 to entertain an answer so I'm basically stuck, I guess.

Can anyone here help? I can't even use the server since Plesk won't run without Apache. :(

edit: BTW my error happened after my first reboot due to a software update.

Error signature:
------------------------------------
szAppName : Apache.exe
szAppVer : 2.0.52.0
szModName : ntdll.dll
szModVer : 5.2.3790.1830
offset : 000396d0
