API Error

Hello,

I am getting a error after getting my Token with the API.

When i redirect to http://wpb.example.com/Start?token=6b1935159735c6363ecaa77d574888cc

i get error

An internal Parallels Presence Builder error has occurred.
Your website could not be upgraded. You can contact your hosting provider for assistance or start over and create a new site from scratch. If you choose to start over, all your website content will be lost.
Start Over

If i click Start Over then it works from then on for that site.

Looks like WPB database was not correctly upgraded. You can try to find records about missing database tables or records in logs (/usr/local/psa/admin/logs/sitebuilder.log). In this case I suggest you contact Parallels Support Team for recovering broken upgrade directly on your server.
