Scenario:
Dial up internet service provider wishes to create "Web User" Accounts under an existing domain.
domain: www.ispname.com exists in plesk and they would like to use the creation utils to automatically create "web user" accounts for everyone that signs up for dial up internet service.
All dial up customers receive a free 10mb website.
Company is using Modernbill, which uses the creation Utils. Does the Plesk creation utils handle this scenario?
