Issue apparent Joomla toolkit glitch

TomBoB

Regular Pleskian
client logs into control panel, goes to joomla and it displays the details. Except that there is no image/screenshot of the site but a placeholder for a broken image / can't display.

When I checked the link of the image to be displayed, it is a link to shots.plesk.com (!).

However when I put that link in a browser to see where it leads, I get a text reply : "Too many new screenshots requested from this IP, please try again after an hour"

1) Odd behaviour as there is only 1 joomla installation on that server.
2) more importantly, an image/screenshot of the domain is supposed to be displayed, but a text output is generated by the shots.plesk.com server

Anyone else seen this behavious, can anyone confirm?

Cheers,
Tom
