    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Basic Pleskian
If a activate in Nextcloud APCu the cron job doesn't work anymore.

I added in Websites & Domains / PHP Settings (see the screenshot)
apc.enable_cli=1

In the manual of nextcloud Memory caching — Nextcloud latest Administration Manual latest documentation
stands, that that is addition necessary: append --define apc.enable_cli=1 to the cron job call.

But how can i do that right here in plesk (or over SSH?)
