  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Application Removal Error

Hi,

I have tried to remove an application through the Power User View in Plesk 10.4, the application was Drupal.
When i have gone through the Applications section of the domain, i have clicked on the remove option and the panel has confirmed that the item is removed, but all it has done is the number of users has gone from 1 to 0 but it still appears in the list.

The files from the root of the domain where the application was installed have gone but i can now not use the root of the domain to install a new application as the panel thinks that there is still Drupal installed there.

Can you please advise on how i can manually remove the Drupal installation from the Installed Applications list on the Plesk Panel to allow me to install a replacement.

EDIT (ADDED): I have tried to click the remove application option again and still comes up the app has been removed with it remaining in the list.

Thanks
Jonathan

I would really appreciate anyone who can help on this.
Our site is now down due to the error and could really do with a fast resolution.

Thanks in advance!
