Application resets Plesk's mcrypt PHP extension?

with a new created domain "mcrypt" extension works, as in both php.ini defined.

but when i uninstall an application on the domain, and try to reinstall it, mcrypt is not available anymore. ^^

tried by override and abonnement php settings, nothing helps but re-setup the whole abonnement.

please give me some assistance for this strange problem.
