Application vault apps won't download

When I try to install an application on a website it says "Downloading" and gives a progress bar, but it never gets past 0%.

Any ideas?

First of all make sure that you have not firewalled following Plesk ports - http://kb.parallels.com/391

Checked firewall settings... All in order.. Still won't download apps... Just sits at downloading 0%

Can I force a reinstall of the rom associated with APS app?

Passwords for some MySQL users were not upgraded.
All MySQL DB users that may be used by Panel MUST have passwords in new 41-character format in order for Panel to function properly.

t above. Consult with MySQL server manual on detailed steps.
You may skip certain users if you are sure they weren't created and aren't used by Panel.


Noticing some usernames with asp in them. Could this be the reason I am unable to download any packages?
