Application Vault cannot create database

I have tried to install applications from the Application Vault but it is not working correctly. Maybe some one can help me.
I install the application and then the database is empty and says No Privileges Then I created a database first and plugged the info into the Application Vault on install and it says it cannot create the database as it already exists.
Here is a pic of what the problem is
