Application Vault: Installing Joomla! ?

Hello,

I manage a DV server over at Media Temple and the current version of Joomla! within Plesk if far out of date... When I try to install the downloaded packaged from Joomla!, Plesk freaks out at me and cannot install the package. I have also tried to install the www.apsstandard.org package, again, without success.

What is the trick to installing new Application packages within Plesk 8.6 on Red Hat?
