Application Vault

Hello,
I'm unable to see the application vault and get this error:
Search results could not be loaded at the moment. Retry

In the error log /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log I get this when I retry:
2012-01-10T21:36:54+00:00 ERR (3): APS Catalog error: Unable to parse the ATOM content. DOMDocument::loadXML() [<a href='domdocument.loadxml'>domdocument.loadxml</a>]: Start tag expected, '&lt;' not found in Entity, line: 1

Any suggestions?

just to rule it out, turn off your firewall and try again.

Plesk firewall, apf, what ever you use/have - Plesk firewall (I dont use so im not 100% sure - its been a few years) just plugs into iptables doesnt it?

service iptables stop
also then try the clear cache trick afterwards as well.
