Applying SSL Certificate Error

Using Plesk 9.5.2

Attempted to apply a newly purchased SSL certificate to an IP address and recieved this error message:

Error: Unable to reconfigure web server. websrvmng failed: The parameter is incorrect. (Error code 87) at CryptReleaseContext

I cannot find any information on this error.

Any idea on how to fix this, and apply the certificate. The Old cert expires in a week.
