APS error after upgrading to 11.5

When accessing the panel for one of our domains, we get:

Looks like APS database (APSC) became inconsistent after the upgrade, and the connections between the PSA and APSC databases have been broken. Following article may help with resolving this inconsistency - http://kb.parallels.com/112733
