apt-get update key error

hi.
trying to update my ubuntu plesk server. get an error like

W: GPG error: http://parallels.mirrors.ovh.net trusty InRelease: The following signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: NO_PUBKEY 227C38D6AF741DEB

been in touch with my host (OVH) but they say there's nothing they can do as it's the parallels server that's the problem.
any advice?

I started a thread on the same issue on Saturday IgorG, with both Ubuntu 12 and 14.

It was problem on Odin repository which has been fixed last Thursday. OVH should update their mirror.

I'm using the Odin repos and have been the whole time, and I still can't update to #42...

I've got the same problem. Igors advice does not work for me.

OVH say their mirrors are updates 3 times a day. tried your advice in the other thread too...still not working sadly.

yes...tried all those.
OVH (guy i've been dealing with is called Neil) are now saying that the problem is with Parallels and Parallels have said it'll be fixed in 48 hours.

Now it is fixed.
