Arabic Language

Hello
I tried the site builder demo on this link
http://sitebuilder.websitewelcome.com/Wizard/Design
I don't know which version it is ..

I noticed that the (page title, subtitle & footer) doesnt support arabic language, while the page content and side links all support arabic ..
Is there anything I can do to be able to write the page title in arabic ?
When I type arabic in these three fields , they show up as question marks ...

Try to make the tests with Arabic letters on Sitebuilder 4.5 demo site:

I tried the 4.5 and yes the Arabic is working with the Page title and subtitle ..
I am using 4.0.0 as it was offered by hostgator webhosting ..
so is there anyway I can upgrade to 4.5 ?
