Hello,

I have ticked ASP in ISS and allowed it, restarted the server and opened Plesk, but it is still saying "ASP Component not installed"

Could anyone help please?

Ah not to worry I fixed it myself.

If anyone else gets this problem you need to do the following:

Start - > Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs

Click Add/Remove components on the left, wait for the next box to pop up.

Click Application Server -> Details
Click Internet Information Services -> Details
Scroll to the bottom and press World Wide Web Services -> Details
Tick Active Server Pages

Press OK 3 times then "Next" and it will install Active Server Pages.

Once this is done, log into Plesk, go to Settings -> Server components

Simply press Refresh and you will be able to tick ASP Support when setting up domains.
