ASP engine and DNS stopping

Hello,
We have plesk 6.5.2 for win. and windows 2003 web edition with 680 domains..
After installing the latest 2 patches asp engine started to stopping every 2 or 3 hours.. Sometimes plesk dns services stopping too. DNS stops 1 or 2 times a day. in the event viewer there is a log says :
The Plesk Name Server service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s).
But I am not be able to find any clues about asp engine problem..
Any suggestions please...??

I had this issue too .
Reinstall Plesk should be the solution .
That's what I did .

Are there any better solution instead of reinstalling Plesk???

by reinstalling plesk, what do you have to save, that you can afterwards go ahead like before the reinstall. i don't want to setup all 50 Domains again.
