ASP mail form not working, fail loading cdosys

We have 2 new VPS with Windows server 2008 r2 (running on virtuozzo), IIS 7.5 and Plesk 10.4.4

We moved there a lot of old websites with classic ASP mail form using cdosys.
They worked fine on the old server win 2003 IIS 6 and Plesk 9.3 but now they show up an error:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a0030'
Error in loading DLL: 'iConf.Fields'

All the ASP forms do not work, on many sites on both VPS: there is an error in loading the cdosys.dll that sends the mails.
I tried the mailenable dll instead of the cdosys - conf are almost the same - but it fails in loading the dll too.

So bad no one answered :-(
I solved it by moving all the sites on another server.
It was not possible to change permissions to the dll (even logged in as Administrator).
Probably it is one of the following:
- incompatibility between Plesk 10.4.4 and Virtuozzo (both parallels products!!!) since the new one works fine with Plesk 10.4.4 on a Cloud server not running Virtuozzo.
or
- bad configuration by the old server farm (Aruba, on 3 different VPS??? bad bad bad)
