ASP .Net config page sometimes read-only

Hi,

I have observed that sometimes, when clicking on the ASP .Net icon for a Web directory containing an ASP .Net app, the ASP .Net settings page appears as read-only. All options are listed but you can't change them.

Logging off and logging in again usually fixes the problem.
