ASP.Net issues when publishing

I getting the error saying my site can only be static not dynamic. I tested the site both ASP.net 1 and 2 will work with out issues. What is sitebuilder looking for so I can fix it.

For "Dynamic" status publication place must satisfy following requirements:

problem

The only way I got that error to stop happening is by going into IIS -> right click the Web application -> select properties -> go to the Documents Tab -> make sure that the default document at the top of the list is Default.aspx.

That worked for me.
