asp.net script to create ftp account

At present, when the user registers with us, they get a job ID in the database (eg: 7492728) and a folder is automatically created on our server (eg: e:\Uploads\Jobs\7492728). Now, when this happens what I also want to try and do is to create an FTP user account on the fly so users can then use FTP to log in and upload their files. (Obviously the user must only have read/write access to this one folder.)

We are using windows server and plesk control panel? Any code help of how to accomplish this would be really helpful??
