• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

ASP.NET Server Wide configuration. Not .Net 4 option

Hi,

We're on Plesk 9.5 and need to switch from .Net 2/3 to .Net 4 as the default. When clicking on ASP.NET tool from Home, it shows: Framework version 2.0.50727.0. There's no ability to change it to .Net 4 even though .Net 4 is configurable in IIS directly for specific vhosts. How do we go about setting .Net 4 as the default?

Regards

Can someone shed some light on this issue? Is there a way to switch to .Net 4 in Plesk 9.5?

Regards

I thought I had read in some documentation that there should be an option to change .Net from 2/3.5 to 4. I just can't find that documentation link anymore.
